About the Nashville Chamber
Since 1847, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce has been working for Middle Tennessee businesses.
The Chamber is a nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating community leadership to create economic prosperity.
The Nashville Area Chamber is Middle Tennessee's largest business federation, representing more than 2,300 businesses in 10 counties (Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery, Cheatham, Robertson, Wilson, Sumner, Williamson, Rutherford and Maury). Through a wide variety of programs and initiatives, the Chamber works to positively impact the economic vitality and enhance the quality of life in the region, while supporting the growth and prosperity of Chamber-member businesses.
In 2009, the Nashville Area Chamber received the most prestigious national award presented to chambers of commerce -- the American Chamber of Commerce Executives' (ACCE) Chamber of the Year award. The award recognizes the top chambers in the nation for organizational excellence including financial, member services and connections, engagement of volunteers and leading communities by making an impact on key community priorities.
Some of the tangible benefits you get from the Chamber are a network of peer executives that lead to powerful connections, and you get visibility and an opportunity to contribute to the engine that drives the thriving business economy here in Nashville.
