I received a call from a prospective client today, also a member of the Nashville Chamber, who found my business on the Chamber website. I literally sent my Chamber dues in on Monday and received her phone call on Thursday as a new client. The fees from the client's tax work will well exceed the cost of my Chamber membership. My investment in the Chamber paid itself off in only four days -- could it be any easier?

Program Presenter Guidelines
Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce members in good standing are invited to submit an application for consideration as a presenter for small business and human resources educational programs.
Deadlines and Criteria
- The application form must be used to submit a proposal.
- There is no cost to apply. Presenters will not receive a stipend.
- The Nashville Area Chamber will confirm receipt of your application via email.
- Please note that we receive a high volume of applications. All applicants will be added to our database of potential speakers. A committee will review all applications and select presenters based on quality of content, interest to Chamber members, experience of the presenter and effective use of the allotted time period.
- Your application will be considered confidential.
- The Nashville Area Chamber will choose the date for each presentation. Applicants selected to present will be given at least 30 days' advance notice before their event date.
Presenters
Only current Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce members may apply. A workshop may be presented by more than one person, but with the limited presentation time, one presenter is recommended. Only one applicant and one main contact per topic should be submitted on each application. Additional presenters will be recognized in promotion of the workshop to Chamber members.
Presentations
These presentations are not "infomercials" and should not in any way promote the individual presenters or their particular companies. Rather, these are intended to offer affordable educational training as a resource for business growth and development.
If you are selected as a presenter, the Chamber reserves the right to work with you on your presentation title for marketing purposes.
Audience
Programs and events will be promoted to all Nashville Area Chamber members via our standard methods of communication, such as Monday Morning Report, Small Business Wire, HR Notes, online event calendar, ROI newsletter and targeted broadcast e-mails. The attendance for each individual session will vary depending on topic.
Audio/Visual
The following standard items will be included in the classroom: projector, screen, laptop and materials table. Presenters are expected to arrive in advance and bring their presentation saved on a flash drive.
