The Chamber has allowed me to reach out into the community and develop new relationships with people from all walks of life. I find myself really enjoying meeting with other business owners and discussing things that perhaps will help my own business.

Relationship-Building Events

  • Annual Meeting

    The Chamber's annual meeting highlights outstanding volunteers with the "Spirit of the Chamber" Awards, and outlines the vision for the coming year.
    Average attendance: 400. Held annually in September/October.
  • Business After Hours

    These events provide the opportunity for members to network and make valuable new business contacts in a relaxed, social setting. In addition, a limited number of members may purchase corporate display tables to showcase their products and services. The format is a standing reception with food and beverage (including beer, wine and soft drinks). No program or speaker is involved.
    Average attendance: 300. Held two times a year in spring and summer.
  • Leadership Breakfasts

    The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the Center for Executive Education at Belmont University to present Leadership Breakfasts with nationally recognized speakers. Average attendance: 350. Held in the spring and fall of each year.
  • Member Orientation

    Information sessions over lunch for new members and new employees of existing members outlining advantages of Chamber membership.
    Average attendance: 50. Held 10 times a year, every month except July and December. Presented by First Tennessee.
