Tennessee’s growth in its gross state product in 2010 was sixth best in the country, according to an analysis of data from the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis by On Numbers, a Nashville Business Journal affiliate. Tennessee’s gross state product — a measurement of the total output of goods and services, akin to gross domestic product — grew by 3.52 percent in 2010.
