Vic Alexander has been the face of KraftCPAs PLLC, one of the largest and most respected CPA firms in Middle Tennessee, since he became chief manager of the firm in 1993. Having started his career with Kraft in 1982, he has become a go-to expert for businesses on issues related to accounting, tax and business valuation, among others. He has been also been a resource for lawyers by supporting them in litigation with financial analysis and consultation. He is often regarded as an adroit negotiator and expert witness in the courtroom.
Alexander provides many consulting services for the firm’s entrepreneurial clients as well. He assists in evaluating financing alternatives and proposed purchases or sales of business interests. He has assisted start-up entities in the development of business plans and helped existing entities evaluate the feasibility and ramifications of proposed business transactions.
Alexander has worked with numerous clients in real estate and construction, printing, advertising, entertainment, legal profession and venture or mezzanine funds.

David Bohan started his career on the client side as Tennessee’s assistant commissioner of tourism. When he moved to the agency side, he worked with one of Nashville’s largest agencies before starting his own. In 1990, he founded Bohan Agency with four employees and one client. Today, BOHAN still has that one client and one of the original employees.
BOHAN is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, and Bohan has served on the association’s board of directors.
BOHAN clients include Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, United Methodist Communications, HCA TriStar hospitals and Shoney’s Restaurants.

Prior to founding The Human Capital Group, Hayes was chief human resources officer for ClientLogic/Sitel, a 17,000-employee global business process outsourcing company. In addition, he served as VP of human resources for Russell Athletic & MagneTek, and as a director for PepsiCo/Frito-Lay and Amoco/BP.

Lewis Lavine is president of the Center for Nonprofit Management. His responsibilities include management of the center's operations, assuring its fiscal integrity, carrying out its mission, implementing the policies established by its board, and creating a vision for its future alongside the board.
Prior to joining CNM, Lavine was the chairman of The Ingram Group, a government relations and public affairs consulting firm based in Nashville. A graduate of Davidson College, he earned his master's degree in economics from Vanderbilt University. His career has included a number of government posts, including chief of staff to Governor Lamar Alexander. He recently assisted current Governor Bill Haslam during his transition into state leadership. Lavine has served on a number of nonprofit and government boards in Tennessee and Washington.
