  Tony Swafford chairs Adams & Reese’s transportation and logistics team.   A native Californian, Rob Wigington graduated from Pomona College with a bachelor’s degree in government and holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California. In 1980, he was recruited by the Port Authority of New York-New Jersey, and held various positions involving LaGuardia, Newark and JFK International Airports, seaports, transit, economic development and world trade. He was executive vice president, COO & CFO of the Airports Council International in Washington, D.C., when he accepted a position in 2000 leading the airport financial consulting practice with Booz Allen Hamilton, and then joined Fleischman Hillard.
