Chamber, Nashville Entrepreneur Center Announce NEXT Award Winners

by Lindsay Chambers | Nov 22, 2013
Last night, the Chamber and Nashville Entrepreneur Center celebrated Middle Tennessee's entrepreneurial ecosystem at the third annual NEXT Awards.

The success of startup companies is critical to our regional economy, and they are contributing to our reputation as a prosperous and thriving city. We developed the NEXT Awards to honor the area’s most innovative entrepreneurs and area businesses experiencing the most significant growth in terms of revenue and employment.

We presented the NEXT Awards in five business sectors that are vital to our local economy: digital media & entertainment, health care, products and services, technology and social enterprise. These are industries where Nashville is well-positioned to make advances in the market - through job creation, capital investment and other factors that will move us from “good” to “great.”

This year's finalists and winners have not only contributed to Middle Tennessee's economic prosperity, but their work is transforming the brand of Nashville as a hotbed of innovation. Congratulations to these outstanding companies!
