Gaylord sells its brand to Marriott International for $210M: Retains ownership of property under REIT

Gaylord Entertainment made its long-awaited strategic move this morning, announcing that it is selling the Gaylord Hotel brand and the rights to manage its four hotels, including the flagship Opryland Hotel in Nashville, to Marriott.
