Here's one that has Nashville commercial real estate professionals talking and chuckling.
Travis Kelty, a local commercial broker, walked into an architect's office, put an acoustic guitar upright on the table and said, "I want to build this building."
Kelty wasn't kidding. With a sketch of a 32-story, guitar-shaped glass and steel highrise now in hand and a development team in place, Kelty says he's ready to take the next step in his quest to build Nashville's most iconic building.
