The largest tract of undeveloped land in Cool Springs in family hands outside the control of developers is under contract, putting it in play for development in the fast-growing market.
Tom McArthur Jr., president of McArthur Sanders Real Estate, which handles the listing, said the potential buyer is inspecting the property as part of due diligence. There’s a year-end deadline to decide to move forward with a purchase.
