Nashville's incredibly diverse music industry includes all major genres and is a combination of global corporations, small businesses and independent artists, songwriters and musicians. Organizations within the industry include music performance, composition, distribution, promotion, production, training and education, artists' rights groups, music organizations, live music venues and equipment (manufacturing, rental, repair and retail).
