Certificates of Origin Program
Certain countries require a signed statement certifying the origin of the exported goods. In the United
States, certificates are usually signed by a recognized chamber of commerce. The Nashville Area Chamber
of Commerce offers two services to area companies for their Certificate of Origin needs:
INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
For companies needing to have documents certified a few times a year, the Nashville Chamber certifies
documents at its information services desk, 211 Commerce Street, downtown Nashville. Cost is $10 per page certified.
Hours of operation are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SELF-CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
For companies with a larger volume of certification requirements, the Nashville Chamber leases its
certification seals on an annual basis to companies. Cost is $250 per year. (This service is available to Nashville Chamber members only.)
