The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Middle Tennessee Career Center and the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, released this comprehensive study of the Nashville area's workforce characteristics and conditions.

2008 HR Excellence Award
Information Session and Criteria Workshops
Information Session*
This meeting will review the application process for the 2008 HR Excellence Award and Facet Award, as well as offer general Q&A for interested organizations.
- Tuesday, Jan. 22, 4:30-6 p.m.
Criteria Workshops*
These workshops will explore the Award's criteria of excellence in human resources and how to apply these standards to organizational practices. They are offered at no cost to participants.
- Workshop I: HR Strategy and Measurement of HR Performance

- Workshop II: HR Management, Training and Employee Well-Being
