Member Spotlight - Provista

Q: What has been the most valuable aspect of your Chamber membership?
A: The Chamber is willing to help promote my company and provide creative ideas to let other members know about my services.

Q: What's the best thing about doing business in Middle Tennessee?
A: The people. I love the people of Tennessee. They are all so friendly and inviting when I visit. I am from Texas and have always valued the warmth and kindness of my fellow Texans. Tennessee folks give me that same feeling. Every time I visit my customers in the Nashville area, I feel like I’ve made new friends.

Q: What's your biggest goal for your company in the next year?
A: To help my customers and prospective customers understand how my company can provide great value to them. Because we are a group purchasing organization, many companies outside of health care and education are not aware of who we are or what we do. My job is to simply educate those who are unfamiliar with group purchasing and, hopefully, save them considerable money on their day-to-day spending.

Q: How do you define success?
A: My idea of success is not monetary. I feel like success is knowing that I am helping those around me accomplish things that they might not be able to do on their own. I want to be known as a man of integrity and of value to my friends and neighbors. I have a heart for those who are less fortunate and need help in certain areas of their life. If I can somehow lift them up provide assistance in any way, I feel like that is success. Money will come and go, but my character will last forever.
