Q: What’s your biggest goal for your company in the next year?

Through this next year, we wish to serve the community with the best customer service, which is of utmost importance to Metro Wine and Spirits. We also hope to grow our brand and awareness in the community. Lastly, as a new business, we hope our customers find that we are one of the best places in town where people can find an exclusive collection of spirits, wines, craft beer, and cigars.

Q: What best business practices have you learned from 2020 and what did you do to be creative or pivot to remain in business?

Over this past year, we have learned the requirements for the best customer service. We will continue to ask our customers for their feedback on how we can best serve them and on what exclusive products they would like for us to provide. It is important for us to know what our customers want – to know what we need to continue, what new products we should have available, and ultimately, what makes our customers satisfied.

Q: What has been the most valuable aspect of your Chamber membership?

The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce provides access to valuable resources and opportunities to meet other small businesses. Through opportunities to build relationships, we are connected to organizations we can do business with. Altogether, being a Chamber member helps to boost sales and significantly improve a local business visibility and credibility.

Q: How do you stay involved in the community?

Through the Nashville Chamber’s methods of communication, I stay updated with the latest news in the community, which has been so helpful. The Chamber has a weekly email that includes upcoming events, recent news, and valuable resources. By staying informed, we are able to engage with the community.
