Member Spotlight: Two Hands

What's the best thing about doing business in Middle Tennessee?

The community! Even though Middle Tennessee is growing and developing at a rapid pace, there is still a strong sense of community and small-town warmth here.

What has been the most valuable aspect of your Chamber membership?

We have been blown away by the Chamber’s warm welcome to Nashville, and we are excited to continue exploring all the resources offered through our membership. The ribbon-cutting ceremony on our opening day was a special and memorable way to open our first location in Tennessee.

Who is Two Hands and what should we know about you?

We are a modern Australian restaurant with a community-focused environment. We serve breakfast through dinner and coffee ‘til cocktails with a conscious approach to health and lifestyle. Our goal is to be a place where guests can celebrate big occasions, hold meetings, or enjoy meals with their family and friends.

Our first location opened in New York City in 2014, followed by three more in NYC and one in Austin, Texas. We arrived in Nashville this year with a newly opened location in the Gulch.

What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?

The intersection of our Australian roots and our Tennessee connection. Our owner/CEO, Henry Roberts, grew up in Sydney, and his wife, Tara, grew up in Murfreesboro. They were married in Nashville six years ago and now live here with their two children.

What's your biggest goal for your company this year?

Establishing ourselves here in Nashville and becoming a part of this vibrant community!
