Account Representative Level I

Position Description / Responsibilities

  • Will be expected to generate leads and follow through on company generated leads for Fire
  • Suppression Service Inspections and projects in Buildings. The applicant should have basic
    knowledge of facilities management, fire suppression systems, fire warning systems, and fire
    extinguishers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Fire suppression and warning systems is preferred but not required.
  • Certifications in any of these areas are a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales experience required.

Education requirements:

  • High School diploma: Required
  • Trade school knowledge: Beneficial
  • Business Degree: Preferred

 

The applicant for the position is expected to engage in various tasks encompassing the explanation, estimation, and sale of all systems and services offered by Allstar Fire Protection. Notably, this role does not entail new sprinkler system sales, although familiarity with such systems is advantageous. A key aspect of the role involves treating both clients and team members with respect while prioritizing the delivery of high-quality service and supporting colleagues. Additionally, the applicant will be responsible for engaging in network marketing initiatives and outreach events to expand the client base, with some potential for light travel. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their schedule to ensure excellent customer service and timely responses. Business casual attire is expected for field meetings, with collared shirts provided as an option but not mandatory.
