Position Description / Responsibilities

As part of the NPH Management team, the Bartender will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for customers; engages with customers as appropriate and must display knowledge of common drinks and an ability to make suggestions when required; also monitors bar inventory and takes appropriate action to ensure bar is properly stocked; ensures bar-area cleanliness and proper payment collection.

Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience:


  1. Hospitable approach to both external and internal customers
  2. Foundational knowledge of barkeeping/ techniques to create commonly ordered drinks
  3. Strong communication skills/ ability and willingness to engage customers
