The Chief Talent and Culture Officer (CTCO) is a member of the MOBC executive team and leads the people investments across the organization. As a member of executive team, the CTCO participates in all strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. The CTCO develops and directs all implementation of all human resources programs and policies across Martha O’Bryan Center’s community programs and charter schools with emphasis on systems, compliance, recruitment of talent, employee relations, engagement, well-being, compensation and benefits. This leadership position promotes and implements organizational values by planning and managing human resources programs and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. This is a full time, regular position, located at the Martha O’Bryan Center. This position reports to the CEO.

Salary range: $90-$125K
