Position Description / Responsibilities

The Client Relations Coordinator/Operations Administrator will play in a hybrid role supporting the day-to-day operations of BluePrint Strategy, a financial strategy consulting firm, & Collaborate, a coworking community.

Sample of Responsibilities

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS - BLUEPRINT STRATEGY:

o   Contact/Database Administration

o   Calendar Management

o   Employee Relations

o   Client Relations

o   Contract Management

o   Proposal/Presentation Creation

o   Vendor Relations

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS - COLLABORATE:

o   Serve as point of contact for all current tenants, addressing concerns/needs

o   Manage and implement onboarding process for all new tenants

o   Provide administrative support to tenants as needed/based on tenant package

o   Coordinate member networking/social events

o   Perform monthly membership invoicing and copy usage reports

o   Kitchen maintenance (stocking coffee bar and pantry items, trash, dishwasher)

o   Retrieve and distribute mail to tenants/ Accept packages

o   Greet guests at front desk

o   Provide impromptu or scheduled building tours to prospective tenants

o   Manage building utility contracts (including Internet, security, HVAC, printer etc)

o   Maintain relationships/scheduling with regular vendors (cleaners, landscapers, pest control, etc.)


Position Requirements

Skills Needed

·        Microsoft Suite

·        DropBox

·        Office 365

·        Contact Relationship Management Systems

·        Social Media Platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest – Preferred
