Position Description / Responsibilities

As a Client Success Coordinator, your role is to manage the end-to-end process for our inbound clients. You will own the recommendation process and match prospective buyers to the best vendors. It is your job to take the research notes collected by our TechnologyAdvisors and carefully understand and match the buyer with the best technology vendor that matches their needs. You will also facilitate the process of delivering the contact info of the prospective buyer to our vendor clients on a daily basis. You will work with internal teams including sales and marketing to relay “boots on the ground” information that will be used to further serve and grow our vendor relationships.

You will interact with Technology Advice’s clients primarily through phone and email on a daily basis. Client Success Coordinators juggle multiple client needs and deliverables while also navigating changing vendor and client requirements. Client Success Coordinators are self-starters, have a desire to serve and build relationships with their clients.
