Position Description / Responsibilities
As a Client Success Coordinator, your role is to manage the end-to-end process for our inbound clients. You will own the recommendation process and match prospective buyers to the best vendors. It is your job to take the research notes collected by our TechnologyAdvisors and carefully understand and match the buyer with the best technology vendor that matches their needs. You will also facilitate the process of delivering the contact info of the prospective buyer to our vendor clients on a daily basis. You will work with internal teams including sales and marketing to relay “boots on the ground” information that will be used to further serve and grow our vendor relationships.
You will interact with Technology Advice’s clients primarily through phone and email on a daily basis. Client Success Coordinators juggle multiple client needs and deliverables while also navigating changing vendor and client requirements. Client Success Coordinators are self-starters, have a desire to serve and build relationships with their clients.
DAY TO DAY:
Provide recommendations to prospective technology buyers in a timely manner
Qualify and vet prospective leads for our vendor clients
Deliver lead information to our clients through email, web-to-lead forms or our proprietary systems.
Quickly respond to all client emails/requests and handle any returns and escalations
Conduct new vendor onboarding
Conduct quarterly reviews with vendors to maintain up-to-date technology profiles
OTHER IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside Sales counterparts to understand what has been sold to a client and how we should manage expectations throughout the client life-cycle
- Maintain vendor profiles and track targeting changes of inbound vendors
- Work with clients to understand program performance, brainstorming on ways to improve program targeting when necessary
- Onboard new clients and develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss high level business strategy with top clients
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
- Help establish processes to increase efficiency and offer creative solutions to solve problems

Pre-employment screening required.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role, two years preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tools
Excellent communication skills through various digital communication including email and over the phone
Excellent time management skills
Excellent ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Excel
Organized and detail-oriented
Creative problem solving ability
