The Role:

Customer Success Representatives will collaborate with customers in a territory or region to ensure and increase satisfaction with an existing product or service. In this role, you will use relationship building to increase the customer’s onboarding, adoption, and use of a particular product or service while looking for opportunities to add on additional products or services.

This position:

·      Influence or own customer retention by reinforcing the unique value and benefits of products and services and looking for opportunities to increase sales

·      Provide accurate monthly/quarterly customer health risk assessments or sales forecasting

·      Collaborate and build relationships with channel partners, field sales representatives, executives

·      Handle high volume calls and emails with quality and care

·      Share customer feedback across functions and with the management team to resolve customer challenges

 What you should have:

·      9-12 months of prior experience working in a customer or technical service or sales capacity

·      Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems quickly

·      Previous technical experience (for example, product demonstrations or sales)

·      Working knowledge in Microsoft  Excel and Outlook, with aptitude to learn new technology

·      College degree preferred

Position Requirements
