JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and safe experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and providing general park information and direction
Deliver instructional safety briefings and gear demonstrations,
Observe and assist guests as they maneuver throughout the park and the attractions, ensuring that guests are using equipment properly and safely
Perform rescues and provide assistance to guests on the courses, as needed
Complete daily equipment inspections
Deliver safety briefings and ensure safe and proper equipment use for guests during visit
Harness and assist guests as needed on aerial courses, platforms and ladders
Mentors customers on practice courses and all aerial courses
Assist in park special events, teaching classes and park programs as needed
Grounds work and lite maintenance as needed
Assist in guest service operations including ticket sales, retail operations retail stocking and park grounds/course maintenance as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Excellent attention to detail and an extreme dedication to safety
Comfortable with heights up to 65 feet
Must have a passion for working outdoors, in all weather conditions
Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and personal integrity
Possess a friendly disposition and professional demeanor
Able to lift and carry 50lbs
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain certification
Comfortable with public speaking and providing regular presentations to groups of up to 30 people multiple times per day
Climbing experience preferred, but not required
