Skills & Requirements
- This is an on-site position in Nashville, TN
- At least 2 years in an HR related role
- Hospitality experience/passion for hospitality
- Strong proficiency in Benefits Management
- Office 365
- Excellent organizational skills
- HRIS systems experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Strong project management skills
- Effective time management
- Reliability
- Discretion
Duties:
- Report to HR Director
- Handle Benefits Management
- Participate in recruitment and training efforts
- Monitor state/federal compliance
- Assist in records management
- Coordinate recognition and retention efforts
- Be a positive culture driver
- Assist in any tasks as instructed by HR Director
