Position Description / Responsibilities

How you make a difference in this role:

The Division of TennCare is seeking an HR Liaison to work in the Business Operations Group within Member Services. The Executive Administrative Assistant 1 will be responsible for performing administrative functions on behalf of the Business Operations Group, such as: supporting the business operations to implement and review operational processes and HR Liaison-related functions. The Executive Administrative Assistant 1 will also perform administrative duties and help refine the TennCare Eligibility Administrator's business processes while contributing support to Member Services staff.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college, university, or professional school with one of the following: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience or a combination of the two.

Preferred Qualification:

Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college, university, or professional school with one of the following (preferred): Bachelor's Degree in technical or business-related field or 4 years relevant experience or a combination of the two
