Position Description / Responsibilities

Executes sales processes, procedures, and guidelines to drive volume and store growth.
Reports to: Store Manager and Supervisor(s)
Hours: Varies based on business need, not to exceed 30 hours/week

Work cooperatively as a team and offer help to team members when needed
Effectively and respectfully communicate with team members
Be a knowledgeable resource for your peers
Customer Experience:
Engage with every customer that enters the store with an outgoing attitude and an intent to build a lasting impression and impact conversion
Diligent in offering solutions to customer needs by probing and giving helpful and trustworthy assistance
Use break-away statements to assist multiple customers at one time in order to maintain a flawless and time efficient shopping experience for all customers
Assist in exceeding all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by store leadership Use wardrobing techniques to build the customer sale and increase ATV Make thoughtful suggestions throughout all areas of the shopping experience, including add-ons at cash-wrap, to meet UPT expectation
Operate a fast, efficient, and pleasant cash-wrap experience
Confidently and appropriately handle customer returns per policy guidelines and encourage exchanges
Product knowledge
Be well-versed in all product ownership by trying on and becoming educated on all vendors and their unique differences Use product knowledge and personal testimonials to connect with the customer and build trust
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming trends in order to best educate the customer and service their needs
Provide product and customer feedback to store leadership Assist store leadership with daily replenishment needs to maintain a fully stocked sales floor
Take initiative to maintain store’s cleaning and visual standards throughout the day, tend to go-backs, and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Preferred retail/customer service experience
Technology savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ie. Microsoft office, Springboard, Social Media, Humanity)
Flexible schedule – weekends are required
Clean and Stylish appearance
Be a positive role model and abides by policy and procedures as directed
