Position Description / Responsibilities
Summary: Under minimal supervision, is responsible for planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects. The Project Manager can either work independently or strongly contributes to team efforts relative to the Project Manager tasks, and work requires minimal review prior to being considered presentable to upper management. Is responsible for planning, initiating, and managing large, complex information technology (IT) projects.
Education and Experience:
Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
A degree in computer science or other related field of study is desirable and will be given preference.
Educational accomplishment beyond the four-year degree may offset some experience requirements and related experience may be substituted for the required college education on a year for year basis.
