Position Description / Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage multi line phone system
Assist with billing, accounts receivables and payables
Enter Prospective Student Inquiries
Assist students with bookstore purchases.
Receptionist must have a friendly and inviting demeanor, excellent Customer Service Skills, critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, strong Microsoft office skills, QuickBooks or similar accounting software, ability to manage multi line phone system, strong computer skills, and ability to multi-task.
Physical requirements; must be able to lift 5-10 pounds on occasion
Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance
