Role Description

The Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for owning and enabling highly complex multi-step Renewal processes in order to secure a service contract/product renewal.  This typically involves management of top tier/Enterprise customers, which requires broad cross-functional team collaboration and dynamic problem solving. Depending on the client engagement, the role may involve up-selling customers to longer terms or additional services and/or identifying potential expansion opportunities. By cultivating relationships with the customer base, this role is also responsible for capturing valuable customer feedback and will likely execute routine health checks leading up to the Renewal event.  Additionally, the Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online, and updating/maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
