POSITION SUMMARY

LBMC Information Security is looking for an individual who is passionate about business development, strategy, and deep client empathy to join our team as an entry level Sales Representative. This position will be based in our headquarters in Nashville, TN.

LBMC Information Security provides operational cybersecurity solutions that protect large healthcare organization’s technology assets. By trusting us with their cybersecurity needs, our customers are able to focus on their core business, remain competitive and achieve further success.

PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with marketing to target, prospect, and close potential clients (primarily in the healthcare and financial services sectors) within our target markets
Deliver a quarterly quota to keep the company on a trajectory to grow exponentially
Serve as the expert in sales strategy and contribute to growth and continuous improvement
Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding and serving their needs
Own sales metrics and internal reporting process
Leverage client-facing experience to help continually improve product offerings and internal client operations in order to best serve our clients
QUALIFICATION | SKILLS

Enjoy owning all aspects of a sales cycle
Driven and operates with a sense of urgency - willing to do what it takes to get stuff done!
Calm under pressure and comfortable with experimentation in the marketing and sales processes
Collaborative with top-notch communication skills and thrive in a high feedback environment
Naturally curious with an interest in the world of information security; you don’t need to be an expert, but you need to be eager to learn!
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of sales experience
Experience selling in a B2B environment is preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar systems
