Position Description / Responsibilities
Under the direction of the President/CEO, the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating all programs, functions, and activities of the Convention Center Authority to fulfill the mission of the MCC. Direct reports include the Director of Event Services, Director of Security, Director of Parking, Director of Technology, Director of Facilities, Guest Experience/Sustainability Manager, and an Operations/Sales Assistant.
