General Manager needed for fast paced, membership based spa!!
The MassageLuXe mission is to deliver the highest quality massage, facial and waxing services in an environment that is both luxurious and relaxing to all of our guests. MassageLuXe delivers the highest standards in the membership based business and is on pace to become the industry leader.
Committed to building customer loyalty, high school degree or equivalent, drug free, proven leadership skills, strong sales and administrative skills, upbeat attitude, and willing to work a flexible schedule.
Principal duties for General Manager role include:
1. BUILDING CUSTOMER LOYALTY
2. Providing 5 star customer service to all members, employees, and outside contacts
3. Selling memberships and packages
4. Verifying that all shifts are covered and if necessary, extra time is put in to effectively run the spa
5. Promoting MassageLuXe in a positive manner.
6. Generating new clientele through promoting grassroots marketing including but not limited to social media
7.Upholding all MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness, facilities repair, and equipment functionality
8. Hiring, training, and communicating effectively with all staff
9. Exceeding monthly and daily sales goals
10. Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your spa for both customers and employees
11. Ability to work flexible days and hours including weekends
12. Must work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
13. Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality
14. Ability to travel for 10 days of training
