Position Description / Responsibilities
Assist museum membership program with benefit fulfillment, customer service, and retention and renewal solicitation.
Help with planning and execution of internal museum events such as private exhibit openings, donor events, and major fundraisers.
Complete research to support charitable solicitation of major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and fundraising events.
Work within the constituent relationship management database (Tessitura) to enter and maintain data essential to Development outreach and organization.
Support donor/constituent stewardship and acknowledgement process.
Lend general administrative assistance to Development staff.
Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated from college (within 3 months of internship start date.)
Interest and/or previous experience in nonprofit organizations and fundraising, arts and cultural institutions, or country music.
Pursuing degree or coursework in Business, Nonprofit Management, Museum Administration, Music, Communications, or a related field.
