Position Description / Responsibilities

Front Desk Support Staff needed for busy front office.  Seeking self starter who is energetic, able to multi task.  Answering busy phone lines, checking in patients, rescheduling appointments, taking payments.  Faxing, copying and other dutes as they arise. 

Position Requirements

Answer multi line phones, scheduling appointments for therapist and med providers, Clinic serves children and adults. Other duties as needed; copying, faxing, scanning, reminder calls, accepting payments.
