Position Description / Responsibilities

The Director will assist with the development and implementation of unit goals, priorities, objectives and strategies. Additionally, this Director will ensure communication and action plans are developed efficiently and effectively implemented within their area of responsibility. The Director will demonstrate the ability to identify unit challenges and/or risks, collaborate on problem-solving and decision-making processes among their peers within Member Services, and propose necessary solutions.

Position Requirements

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Any combination of education and experience related to eligibility within a health or healthcare, casework, or an insurance setting may substitute for the required education to a maximum of four years (e.g., experience equivalent to one year of full-time work in one or a combination of the above listed fields may substitute for one year of the required education).
