The Workforce Services Division is responsible for delivering the department’s employment and educational services to employers and job seekers in local American Job Centers, partner agencies, and online at


Job Overview:

Under general supervision, is responsible for professional Employment Security work of average difficulty; and performs related work as required.  Conducts employers' outreach services to assist with employment needs and outreach to apprenticeship programs for placement of veterans.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competency:

·        Customer Focus, written and verbal communication.

·        Presentation Skills.

·        Strong Organizational Skills, attention to detail.

·        Ability to work in fast-paced in environment and meet deadlines.



Position Requirements

·        Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree

·        Experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional experience that primarily involved providing or coordinating veteran staffing or outreach services.
