Position Description / Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Children & Youth provides strategic leadership to MOBC’s children and youth programming in partnership with the Chief Operations Officer and executive team, including serving as the primary visionary, management—supervision, and support for agency programs and services. Key areas of responsibility are agency planning, implementation, and integration; grants and contracts; data and evaluation; community partnerships; contract compliance; and professional development for program leaders.
