Five Points Roofing, based in Franklin, TN serves all of Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Thompson’s Station, Hendersonville, and more.
Five Points Roofing is just over 13 years old and growing rapidly in the Middle Tennessee area. We’re an awesome team of 15 where everyone knows the role they play in the overall success of the company and we’re all here for each other. With a seemingly endless supply of new residential roofing jobs, we are looking for an A player who will lead Five Points Roofing’s subcontractor crews and help to produce the high end product we sell. This is where you come in.
You will be
- Loading your company supplied truck with necessary material for job installation.
- Responsible for taking delivery of material at customer locations.
- Supervising and electronically documenting residential roof installations.
- Coordinating labor crews and ensuring labor efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Keeping an open line of communication with homeowners throughout the process.
- This is NOT a sales position. This is a salaried + bonus + overtime position.
Position Requirements

- You have previous roofing or construction experience. (not required)
- You want to better your career and have a strong desire to learn new things.
- You’re detail oriented, and love when things are perfect.
- You like following built processes, and love to offer input on how to better them.
- You can solve complex problems without getting stressed out.
- You like to interact with all kinds of people, from homeowners to roofing crews.
