Vital Signs 2021 Survey
Please take a few minutes to complete the annual Vital Signs resident survey. Each year the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Nashville Regional Council partner together in reaching out to the citizens living in the Greater Nashville Region to ask them about issues important to them and their communities. Responses to this survey are then aggregated and inform regional and local leaders about issues important to the community through our Vital Signs report.
This opportunity at feedback will undoubtedly help shape discussions and solutions during this period of recovery and resilience throughout our region. Please feel free to share the survey with your organization, and throughout your personal and professional networks.

Our region is recognized for our economic vitality and quality of life. Nashville Region’s Vital Signs is a collaborative process led by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce that allows us to identify what’s working and forecast emerging issues and challenges, while we still have time to develop regional solutions.
The Chamber’s Research Center leads the data collection for the project, and the Nashville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is the Chamber’s lead partner in the effort. The Vital Signs Action Team, which is composed of regional business and community leaders, leads a yearlong process of leadership discussion, priority-setting and action. Vital Signs research is also integrated into the Chamber’s annual Leadership Study Mission to a peer city.
