One of the most significant lessons we’ve learned at McVantage Packaging is the immense value of the trade industries within any community. Many people overlook pallets as mere afterthoughts, yet 1.8 billion pallets are in motion across the United States daily, supporting the transport of nearly every item we use. This reality became particularly evident during the COVID-19 pandemic when supply chain shortages underscored the critical role of logistics. As business leaders, we’ve come to appreciate every individual’s contribution regardless of their profession; this is vital to our community’s overall success and resilience.
How do you manage and maintain a positive company culture?

McVantage is equipped to assist with any market, primarily focusing on manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and logistics companies. We specialize in providing the necessary packaging solution for shipping items while partnering with distribution centers to recycle, reuse, and refurbish pallets, effectively keeping them out of landfills. With 98% recyclable ratings, we are proud to be EPD Certified, Food Grade Approved, and Biofuel Certified, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?
McVantage Packaging stands out as a leader in innovation within the industry, proudly being a member of the National Wooden Packaging Association (NWPCA). We were among the first to help develop a robotic dismantler, which significantly enhances safety and efficiency by replacing the dangerous manual process of cutting pallets apart with an open blade. Our cradle-to-grave approach allows us to manage the entire life cycle of our products, from sourcing timber to producing pallets, crates, and industrial lumber, making us a comprehensive solution for our customers.
