Radish Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant serving salads, grain bowls, and wraps. We focus on fresh, flavorful food that is both healthy and hearty. We make our food from scratch daily and use only high quality, fresh ingredients.
What has been the most valuable aspect of your Chamber membership?
The most valuable aspect of our membership has been the increased visibility it provides—both among fellow members and across the broader city. It’s opened doors to meaningful connections, collaborations, and opportunities we wouldn’t have accessed otherwise.
Can you share a significant lesson you have learned as a business leader
If you treat your team well, they will never cease to amaze you with their passion and creativity.
How do you manage and maintain a positive company culture?
Our culture is based on creating an environment in which employees love to come to work. We invest a lot of time and energy at every level of the company, investing in team development and making sure that our team feels appreciated for the work that they do.
Are there new markets or demographics you are targeting?
We focus on healthy food. As a result, we are targeting health-conscious customers. However, we try not to focus too narrowly in any niche. These days, more and more people are paying attention to the food they eat and the impact it has on them.
What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?
We focus on 3 main differentiators: 1) delicious food made with high-quality ingredients, 2) exceptional customer service, and 3) our co-founder Amanda Frederickson, who is a well-known social media influencer and cookbook author.
How do you stay informed about industry trends and changes?
We stay informed about industry trends and changes by regularly engaging with restaurant trade publications, attending industry conferences, and participating in local hospitality associations. Most importantly, we listen to our customers and try to deliver what they want.

The Nashville region is a great place to do business because of its strong sense of community, growing economy, and collaborative business environment. With a diverse talent pool, supportive local leadership, and a spirit of innovation, it’s a city where businesses of all sizes can thrive and grow.
How do you stay involved in the community?
We live in Nashville, and our kids go to school in Nashville. We want to be part of the fabric of the greater Nashville area. Starting Radish has been an amazing way to get even more involved because the restaurant touches so many people, and we get to invite them into our store.
