We have a fully established Relocation Division where we provide comprehensive, white-glove service to businesses, families, and individuals relocating to Nashville. Our proprietary service allows us to make moving to Nashville seamless and stress-free for our clients. We assist with anything from temporary housing, to nanny services, to customized neighborhood tours to help you learn about your new community. The ability to provide this high-touch service to clients sets us apart from other real estate teams.

Q: What best business practices did you learn in 2020 during the pandemic and what did you do to be creative?
During the pandemic, real estate agents were designated as essential workers due to the important services we provide for our clients. We quickly recognized the importance of creative, solutions-oriented thinking to continue providing high levels of service to every buyer and seller. We learned how to utilize technology to pivot quickly and not skip a beat. Our team delivered virtual home tours, comprehensive neighborhood guides, and expanded our online marketing efforts to ensure every client received exactly what they needed during these unprecedented times. We continue to educate ourselves on emerging technologies to increase our efficiency and work with clients no matter where they are located.

Q: What’s your best piece of advice for other business owners?
As the Team Lead of the Jernigan Group, I always strive to treat my team with the same level of respect and importance as our customers. Instilling a positive and empowering team culture fuels the growth of each individual and the team as a whole.
