NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 28, 2023) – The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday recognized Mignon Francois as the Nashpreneur of the Year during the fifth annual Nashpreneurs Conference held at Southwestern Family of Companies. This award is reserved for an individual in the Nashville community who exemplifies what it means to be a ‚”Nashpreneur”—creative, resilient, risk-taking, and a leader who paves the way for other entrepreneurs and small businesses to succeed.

Mignon Francois is the Founder and CEO of The Cupcake Collection (TCC). Mignon is also the author of Made from Scratch: Finding Success Without a Recipe, where she shares her story of climbing out of a life of continuous upsets, struggle, and lack to building a legacy that would bless her and future generations.
