American Dream Developers, Inc. (ADD) is a Tennessee-based company registered with local authorities since 2016. It has been involved in the real estate development process in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. ADD has participated in building many residential buildings.
What best business practices did you learn in 2020?
The best business practice we learned was that a short-term and long-term PLAN is the cornerstone of the business. Because we had a long-term plan in place, we did not get into a critical financial situation that led to bankruptcy or even the layoff of any employee.
How do you stay in the community?
ADD has always been engaged in community activities and has been a part of local community organizations to be involved in making plans and decisions to serve the community.

Unlike other organizations, we established ADD as a response to the needs of our community, so we have the tools to serve and give back to our community.
