Who is C&N Deliveries, and what should we know about you?
C&N Deliveries is a small business established in 2014 with our warehouse located by the Nashville, TN, International Airport. We offer general and bonded warehousing for storage, sorting, pick/pull, and delivery solutions with both box and semi-trucks. Our office also offers meeting space for up to 40 people, equipped with a projector, a mini kitchen, free parking, and notary services. Our mission is to encourage, motivate, and inspire while providing the highest level of logistics and transportation services.
What does Black History Month mean to you?
It’s time to acknowledge our ancestors and their great contributions. It’s a time to highlight and celebrate accomplishments in this country despite oppression.
Can you share a favorite book or author that made an impact on your life?
Mindset by Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D. This book shows how success can be significantly influenced by how we think about our abilities and talents in our work, school, and personal lives.
What is your definition of a hero, who is yours, and why?
A hero is a person who is admired for outstanding achievements. My hero is my deceased brother, who passed away from cancer in June 2015. My brother was brilliant, loving, a motivator, and, as I always say, a chameleon. He could fit in any situation. Always encouraged others and believed education would set forth a path to success.
How do you manage and maintain a positive company culture?
We treat all employees like family. We always embrace employee feedback; we have two employee appreciations each year, and we always promote growth if any employee has goals to work in our industry on their own.
What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?
We offer excellent customer service and exclusive provision to our customers working outside of hours to fulfill each customer’s requirements.

Focus on core solutions and expand our presence!

Can you share a significant lesson you have learned as a business leader?
Maintaining effective communication and self-awareness. Being able to identify my team’s strengths and weaknesses has helped create a balanced team environment. Remaining open and honest with a positive attitude allows all team members to feel comfortable expressing any concerns about the job or personal life.
