What is the Honor Foundation-TN | Fort Campbell Campus, and what should we know about you? The Honor Foundation (THF) is a non-profit, national career transition program for the U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community (U.S. Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, Special Operations Aviation, Marine Raiders, Army Rangers, etc.), which assists soldiers in planning their transition, identifying their career interests, effectively transferring elite military experience to the private sector, and facilitating the next generation of corporate and community leaders. THF: A Warrior’s Path to Transition

Our Program. The Honor Foundation is a three-month executive transition program; we run a spring and fall cohort. Every step of our program is dedicated to instilling confidence in these great men and women by helping them realize the skills gained throughout their military service will benefit them in their future endeavors. The Honor Foundation was created because of the gap in transition services for our nation’s warriors, who have given so much to their country. THF: A TransformativeJourney

What’s your biggest goal for your company this year? How do you stay involved with the community? Our biggest goal is to engage with area businesses to increase our ‚”Tribes of Support.” We are constantly seeking out new volunteers and members to join their Tribes of Support (i.e., Mock Interviewers, mock interviewers, coaches, Panelist, Business Visits, etc.). Keep in mind that we only run two cohorts a year, so volunteers would only commit to 1-2 nights a year. This is a great way for your business to invest in our fellows and, in turn, for our fellows to learn more about your business and the opportunities within your organization. Please let me know if you know anyone who may want to assist our efforts or would be interested in learning more about volunteer opportunities. Volunteers’ shared time and talent undoubtedly make a tremendous impact on one’s career transition journey.
