WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to all Concept Technology clients
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Perform user administration duties
- Assist with front line phone queue, including ticket creation and triage
- Work one of three shifts at our Nashville office: 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm
- On-call rotation five to six times a year; on-call support is weekdays from 6:00pm-11:00pm and weekends from 7:00am-6:00pm
