Partnership 2030 is the Nashville region’s public/private economic development initiative responsible for the creation of jobs and capital investments through business expansions and relocations, talent development through education advancement and postsecondary alignment with workforce needs, and enhanced livability and quality of life through efforts such as transit infrastructure, affordability and health improvement.
Partnership 2030 is executing a 5-year economic development strategy from 2021 to 2026 with funding and leadership provided by nearly 250 corporations, associations and government entities.
With investors’ support, the Partnership has been the driving force in growing the regional economy. Since 1990, more than 1,030 companies have relocated operations to Middle Tennessee including LP, Nissan, Asurion, UnderArmour, Amazon, Google, ServiceSource, Loews Corp., Beretta and many others. Major business relocations and expansions have resulted in the creation of 533,000 new jobs in the Nashville region.
