David Bulger was most recently the Director, Business Development for Subway Market Operations (SMO). He received a Company Award for Excellence in Innovation in 2021 for the work he did implementing and executing systems and process that were used to triage, transition, and assimilate over 13,000 restaurants from Business Development Agent to SMO Direct Support.
